以下内容来自 Diary of A CEO播客”Manipulation Expert How To Influence Anyone & MakeThem Do Exactly What You Want!”

Micro-Compliance: The Entry Point of All Influence

Hypnosis, social media, politics, and cults all move people into compliance through a chain of tiny, seemingly meaningless requests. No single action matters, but their accumulation changes behavior. If you want to change yourself or influence others, use what works for brainwashing: repeatedly create small wins, small commitments, and small actions.

2. PCP模型:感知—语境—许可 / The PCP Model: Perception–Context–Permission

English
The core three‑stage model for influencing others: ①Perception: validate others’ viewpoints first before reshaping how they see events. Explicitly pointing out people’s subconscious social scripts weakens those scripts’ power. ②Context: context defines permissible behaviors; environmental frames drive people to act against normal habits. ③Permission: after perception and context shift, people gain internal psychological permission to take certain actions. The key path to changing behavior is: first shift perception, then context, then permission. Media, courtrooms, negotiations, and parenting all use this mechanism.
PCP Model (Perception → Context → Permission) Parent-child case:
  • Perception: Accept the child’s frustration over poor exam results; reshape cognition by explaining that a low score does not equal personal failure; name the subconscious social script “bad grades = I am worthless” to weaken its hold.
  • Context: Move away from the study room where lecturing happens to the living room sofa; shift the adversarial framework of “parent judging child” to a collaborative framework of “working together to find knowledge gaps”.
  • Permission: Give the child mental permission to admit knowledge gaps honestly without pretending to know everything, and be willing to review the test paper together.

Resonant Language, Negative Dissociation & Identity Pre‑commitment

  • Effective language doesn’t direct; it resonates with what people already feel, then guides.
  • Negative Dissociation: comment on general group traits to make others implicitly identify “I am not that kind of person” and form covert identity binding.
  • Pre‑commitment: get people to make small statements about who they are; they will later behave consistently with that self‑image. It works for persuading others and fighting procrastination. Humans avoid cognitive dissonance to preserve their self‑narrative.

The Childhood Development Triangle

The Childhood Development Triangle covers automatic survival scripts built in childhood to gain friendship, safety and rewards. Childhood coping patterns carry over into adulthood; many workplace and relationship conflicts are replays of old childhood scripts. The goal is not total elimination of old patterns, but awareness that these are child‑era coping mechanisms and reduce their power over adult decisions. Trauma doesn’t disappear, but perspective can radically change.

Focus–Authority–Tribe–Emotion: How Novelty Hijacks the Brain

Mammals are governed first by focus, then authority, tribe, and emotion. Novelty hijacks focus, then authority, tribe, and emotion follow. Short videos, news, and marketing often follow this sequence: nnovelty grabs focus → authority builds credibility → tribal consensus exerts pressure → emotion triggers action. Brains automatically react to novelty; changing your environment and introducing novelty can also be used to “brainwash” yourself toward behavior change.

Making People Feel Clever and Archetypes

One of persuasion skills is offering two separate, credible pieces of information without drawing conclusions; let listeners connect the dots themselves. People strongly trust ideas they believe they generated. This tactic is heavily used in jury persuasion and conspiracy‑theory spreading.
Another skill: Archetypal stories (Hero’s Journey, David and Goliath) activate built‑in mental story templates and steer people’s expected outcomes.

Identity Is the Strongest Lever

Influence centers on identity. You build two walls: anxiety—social rejection if you don’t comply—and cognitive dissonance—betraying who you said you are. The hallway between them is relief. “I will go to the gym tomorrow” is a behavioral goal and easy to excuse; “I am someone who trains Monday, Wednesday, and Friday” is an identity. Skipping violates identity; going reinforces it. Public commitment adds social anxiety: friends know your identity claim, so not going risks social rejection. The two walls—anxiety and cognitive dissonance—trap the person, and the hallway is the relief of acting in line with identity.

8. AI时代的人类技能、关系与人生游戏 / Human Skills, Relationships, and Life as a Game in the AI Era

AI excels at cognitive tasks yet cannot truly fulfill the belonging need in Maslow’s hierarchy. Real human‑to‑human connection is irreplaceable. Loneliness and social division will worsen in the future. Making others feel heard, seen and non‑judged becomes the top interpersonal skill. Human brains have not evolved biologically over the past 200,000 years.
Unhappiness arises from gaps between reality and inner expectations. Joy after achievement does not appear automatically; celebration and gratitude are practiced skills. Lower expectations of outcomes helps one enjoy the present. One major death‑bed regret is taking life too seriously instead of treating it as an experience.

Key Quotes
